SHIPPING POLICY

Emoni Fit strives for excellent customer service.  We ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. For international orders outside of North America, we recommend to use DHL, UPS or USPS Priority. 

1. Emoni Fit will ship to any physical address in the U.S. and all over the world. Each package is registered and has a corresponding tracking code, supplied in your customer account.
2. Every shipment from Emoni Fit is insured. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to Emoni Fit within 24 hours. All packages will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

4. If you select priority international first class as your shipping method, we are not able to place a claim with USPS.
5. In the case where delivery attempt has been made / or custom fee note was sent to the customer and the customer chooses not to pay the fee, Emoni Fit LLC is not responsible for what happens next. It becomes customers responsibility to make necessary arrangements to pick up the order. Emoni Fit LLC is not liable and refunds will not be offered in these cases.  
6. Because of the nature of the Internet, online ordering your purchase from Emoni Fit acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

SHIPPING WITH USPS

First class - Usually arrives between 7-10 days but international may take up to 21 business days.

Priority - Usually arrives between 2 - 3 days.

Priority international - Usually arrives 6 - 10 days.

 The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Emoni Fit has no control over these charges, nor can Emoni Fit predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

It is the responsibility of each customer to know the specific customs rules, fees and import rules that apply to them. The customer is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, seizures or penalties associated with an order.
