RETURN POLICY
We trust the quality of our products, and our aim is for our clients to be assured too. Ordering with us is 100% Risk Free! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, just return your order within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund. Our clients are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 days upon receiving the product. Please feel free to contact us at info@emonifit.com if you have further questions.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If you want to do a return or an exchange please email info@emonifit.com first before sending the product back.
All products need to be shipped to: Emoni Fit 6230 sw 30th st Miramar Florida 33023.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchange for Size: If the item you ordered does not fit, we offer an exchange for the same item in a different size.
Returns for refund will have the cost of return shipping deducted.
Refunds to the original payment method are only allowed within 30 days of fulfillment. (Holiday exception 🎁: 50 days for December orders.)
Returns for store credit include a $5 bonus, that will generally cover the return shipping cost.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards.
Klarna cannot be used for gift card purchases.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, an invoice must be included.
EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
To request an exchange for a different size, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer support team via info@emonifit.com within 30 business days of receiving your order.
b. Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size for the exchange.
c. Our customer support representative will verify the availability of the requested size and guide you through the exchange process.
Eligibility and Conditions:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is not available, we will not be able to process the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will address the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include an exchange or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@emonifit.com first.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
